The NSM is a 3rd generation natural casing welding machine. Over 10 years of experience have flowed into the redesign, improving the results yet again.

The NSM is ideally suited to welding sheep casings of all sizes and for hog casings up to size 36. 
Thanks to the new welding tool, the weld seam is three times as long and even highly viscous products can be closed reliably.
The switching cylinder is truly innovative. The transparent surfaces and LED technology allow you to determine its operating state at any time. The control box and tool are hermetically separated from one another. 
An additional flushing line prevents water from entering the tool. This increases the machine's service life. Innovative materials allow the system to operate at higher temperatures, thereby reducing the welding time. 
The NSM can be integrated into the user's production process with three different applications. The table-mounted version allows for ergonomic working and welding on the stuffing table. The universal rail can be mounted on any existing hanging machine. An adapter is available to mount the unit on Handtmann hanging machines.
